13th Beach – Beach and Creek Courses

Description of project:	Two 18 hole championship golf courses that support a diverse range of residential villas, units and apartments and a major clubhouse complex planned by CGD. The Creek course was designed in conjunction with 6-time major winner Nick Faldo.

The Dunes Golf Links

Description of project:	18 hole championship golf course in sand dune country on the famed Mornington Peninsula. The Dunes is a true links course in Australia and represents one of the finest golfing experiences for players of all abilities. The project was delivered on time and below budget.
